Developing a new curriculum on empathy-based care for staff members of safety net clinics, funded by Blue Shield of California Foundation. The communication skills training curriculum is designed to enhance healthcare organizations’ capacity to provide high quality care for patients experiencing symptoms and conditions related to behavioral health and the impact of trauma.
