What is it you do for a living? (Parenting, volunteering, CEO of social service organization, etc.)
I am a Mom of currently 9, work full time as a middle school teacher, and I am the wife of my best friend for over 15 years. I am the Founder and President local 501c3 nonprofit that serves the foster care community in our area and I have been a foster parent for 8 years. Together with another adoptive Mom, I recently co-founded a consulting firm, GRITT, Guiding Resilience In Trauma Training that specializes in trauma and resilience training for the community.

What is your interest in PACEs and resilience science?
As a teacher, and foster and adoptive Mom my interest is quite high, it is the reason trauma and resilience was my minor in my M.Ed program.
