What is your interest in PACEs and resilience science?
I have worked in schools for close to 20 years, and recognize the potential for educators to learn skills to help counteract the impact of trauma and build resilience. This has been an area of personal interest for the last five years, and I was recently hired to help support districts in Fairfield County to increase their awareness of the impact of trauma, and structures that can help districts become more trauma informed.
