At The Body Mind Center, we specialize in helping traumatized people of all ages heal using trauma informed practices.
What is your interest in PACEs and resilience science?
I first learned about ACES years ago when I came across Dr. Burke Harris' YouTube video. For years I've taught my students about ACES and in 2011 I began a therapy practice built around helping people with ACEs as well as other traumas heal.
