What is it you do for a living? (Parenting, volunteering, CEO of social service organization, etc.)

I am currently working as an engineer, specializing in software development. My role involves designing, coding, and testing software systems to ensure they meet user needs and function efficiently. I enjoy the challenge of problem-solving and find satisfaction in creating innovative solutions that make a real-world impact. My work allows me to continually learn and grow, staying at the forefront of technology trends. Outside of my professional life, I am passionate about volunteering, particularly in local tech education initiatives. I love mentoring aspiring young engineers and sharing my knowledge to help them achieve their goals. In my free time, I enjoy reading, hiking, and exploring new technologies.

What organization(s) do you volunteer or work for?

I currently volunteer for a local non-profit organization called 'Tech for Good,' which focuses on providing coding education to underprivileged youth. I mentor students, help them build basic programming skills, and guide them through creating their first projects. It’s incredibly fulfilling to see the impact we make by giving them access to technology and knowledge they might not have otherwise. Additionally, I am involved with a community initiative that promotes environmental sustainability. We focus on raising awareness about eco-friendly practices and supporting projects that help protect local ecosystems.

What is your interest in PACEs and resilience science?

I am deeply interested in PACEs and resilience science because they provide valuable insights into how early life experiences shape an individual's ability to cope with challenges later in life. As someone who believes in the power of nurturing environments, I find it fascinating how both positive and adverse experiences impact emotional and psychological development. Resilience science, in particular, offers practical frameworks to help individuals build strength and recover from adversity, and I am passionate about supporting initiatives that promote emotional well-being, particularly in communities facing significant challenges.

If you're part of a community-based PACEs initiative, which one?

I am not currently involved in any community-based PACEs initiative, but I am very interested in the field and would love to learn more about how these initiatives can help build resilience in communities.
