I am a Case Manager for Grace's Place Crisis Nursery.
What organization(s) do you volunteer or work for?
Grace's Place is an emergency shelter for children and youth. We provide crisis and respite care to families from all areas. Families have the option to utilize grace's Place for up to thirty days of crisis care and 30 hours a month of respite care. Our crisis options consist of anything unplanned such as homelessness, Children's Division involvement, and unexpected medical concerns. Our respire options consist of anything planned such as doctors appointments, job interviews, parental stress, etc.
What is your interest in PACEs and resilience science?
Our company has had the past Case Managers be trained in Trauma 101 to give presentations to our staff members.
