Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to create, fund, and promote innovative organizations for the common good. I help nonprofits and mission-driven companies discover a new direction, set a strategy, adopt a structure, develop resources, and tell their story.
What organization(s) do you volunteer or work for?
I'm the Interim CEO of the Center for Youth Wellness.
What is your interest in PACEs and resilience science?
My advocacy around toxic stress is borne from years fighting the systemic roots of poverty, as well as my journey to understand my own experience of childhood adversity. My leadership of CYW is a continuation of my unwavering commitment to advance the health of underserved communities, which are disproportionately affected by toxic stress.
