What is your interest in PACEs and resilience science?
I work state-wide in CT and nationally to transform schools to become Restorative; "80%" of which is to focus on creating a positive school climate/communities with high quality relationships. By bringing ACEs/toxic stress into these training sessions, educators are much more likely to understand the urgency of working differently: restoratively. This strategy has yielded amazing success and I believe that CT may well become the first restorative state to have all schools working this way.
