Julie Johnson offers trauma sensitive yoga classes online and in person through Joy of Yoga’s online platform and studio in St. Louis, MO (please see below for upcoming offerings) using a nervous system informed approach. Her yoga classes are embodied hatha, vinyasa and yin based classes that blend the latest neuroscience, somatic self-care exercises and breath awareness practices with the traditional practices of yoga.
