Just launched a Podcast in early March 2020, called, Delusional Optimism with Dr. B. It is about about relationships, resilience and empathy.
I have volunteer for many agencies, here are a few; CASA, Save the Children, Fresno Women's Political Caucus, Spirit of Woman, Substance Recovery Program for Mothers and children.
What is your interest in PACEs and resilience science?
I am passionate about resilience. I have a PhD in Clinical Psychology with a Specialization in Infant-Parent Mental Health. I did my dissertation on resilience and have been training about the ACEs Study since the 90s. I have my Master's degree in Early Childhood Development and taught for 15 years before beginning my PhD program. I am interested in changing infrastructure and community/education systems to build resiliency into the lives of all children.
