What is it you do for a living? (Parenting, volunteering, CEO of social service organization, etc.)
I am a peer navigator for Martin Pollak Project under the Uturns program. We services youth who have experienced ACEs (adverse child experiences) and we provide them with services them with dealing with and recognizing their traumas. We engage youth in therapeutic activities, mindfulness and exercise such as yoga and tychi.

What is your interest in PACEs and resilience science?
I want to learn more more about ACEs so that I can be affective when working with youth and have a better chance at having them recognize what their traumas are why they might exist and how to deal with them when they surface.
