What is it you do for a living? (Parenting, volunteering, CEO of social service organization, etc.)
I teach BSN nursing students in pediatrics at Chamberlain University College of Nursing in Sacramento. I have a Doctor of Nursing Practice and have worked in pediatrics for over 35 years.

What is your interest in PACEs and resilience science?
I am interested in the changes in the brain with increased ACEs and how we can support reduction or resilience. I want my students to fully understand the consequences of adverse childhood experiences and how to reduce or prevent them.
