I believe a key to community transformation is a firm understanding of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and the underlying historical and intergenerational traumas as the root of many of our societal issues we see today. I am an advocate for strengths-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive framework to support community-wide change.
