What is it you do for a living? (Parenting, volunteering, CEO of social service organization, etc.)
Licensed psychologist. Specializing in trauma, particularly focused on abuse of children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabiities. In addition, I do a great deal of forensic/expert witness work on cases involving such abuse by public agencies.

What is your interest in PACEs and resilience science?
ACE completely explains the mind-body connection, and how such stress...distress as abuse and trauma take it's toll. Particularly when there has been no or little or dysfunctional intervention for the trauma. It makes so much sense, and with the knowledge, we are now able to help in ways prior unavailable due to ignorance of the impact of early childhood adverse events. I mean, alot was known before, but not acknowledged widely.
