What is your interest in PACEs and resilience science?
We serve primarily low-income children and families, and 25% of our employees are current or former Head Start parents. We utilize Conscious Discipline as a classroom management philosophy and social-emotional curriculum, which creates when implemented to fidelity a trauma sensitive environment. We are seeking to learn more about ACE concepts to better support children and their parents, many of whom have high ACEs.
