What is it you do for a living? (Parenting, volunteering, CEO of social service organization, etc.)
I am an Associate Professor specializing in early infant language development. I teach courses in human development and research methods, among other topics, at The College of Idaho, a small liberal arts college in southwest Idaho.

What is your interest in PACEs and resilience science?
I am interested in how education systems marginalize people's language and communication skills and how we can better support and include multiple styles and values from infancy through adulthood. I am also interested in transforming higher education environments into more compassionate systems.
