What is your interest in PACEs and resilience science?
My interest in PACEs (Positive and Adverse Childhood Experiences) and resilience science lies in the understanding that positive childhood experiences can significantly buffer the negative impacts of traumatic events, promoting better mental and physical health outcomes throughout life, essentially highlighting the power of supportive relationships and resources in building resilience even in the face of adversity
