What is your interest in PACEs and resilience science?
I had not concept about ACE before writingk my book Conversations With The Little Girl Within, A Journey of Forgiveness, Healing and Liberation From Unresolved Childhood Issues. The book is where I've shared some of my traumatic childhood experiences and as an adult how I managed to overcome those painful memories. I'm an adult survivor of ACE. My purpose now as a Life Change Facilitator is to work with adults dealing with the effects of ACE's.
