What is your interest in PACEs and resilience science?
I experienced ACEs, and still deal with depression, largely due to what my life could have been like if not for the abuses that continued well into adulthood. I have not killed myself because it would mean my father, who is still alive, would win. I have time on my hands and some skills that I think might be put to use with this organization. I'm not sure where I got the link to "Cracked Up: The Evolving Conversation," but it resonated with me so much that I want to get involved. FYI, the PhD I was never able to use as my late husband and I intended was in Counseling and Educational Psychology, and I do keep up with topics that interest me.
