Thank you to Healthy Blue! Welcome to our real-time accounting of activities, trainings, events and more for the Healthy Blue Foster Care initiative in North Carolina. Please post blogs, trainings, meeting minutes, calendar events, questions about our work done from 11.15.22 thus far for Bladen, Brunswick, Guilford, New Hanover, Pender and Robeson counties. Two more counties may join.
A forum to inform and connect individuals and communities working to promote safe, stable, nurturing relationships and environments and prevent and mitigate ACEs in North Carolina.

How do we honor both lived & learned expertise to break down barriers between parents & professionals? How do PACE-impacted families best access healing, hope & health? How might parent education, training, & support services if co-created with families & in community?
The R.O.A.R. (Robeson Overcoming Adversity through Resilience) collaborative meets on a monthly basis to help children and families in Robeson County. We are committed to raising awareness about PACES Science and Resiliency in our community to help improve the lives of families and children.
We are Resilient Bladen (NC) where we aim to educate people about ACEs and Resilience. Our intent is that everyone in Bladen County be knowledgeable of trauma, ACEs, and how to build resilience throughout our community.
To promote resilience in Columbus County through education and engagement of community members regarding the lifelong impacts of adverse childhood experiences.
