Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Charlotte, NC, BYE is a national consulting and executive coaching firm whose mission is to help leaders and organizations reduce workplace trauma and prioritize wellness.
We aim to change how the world views work and wellness and advocate for trauma-informed approaches in the workplace. We educate leaders and teams on various forms of trauma, resilience-building techniques, and empower leaders to shift to their approach to work.
BYE has reached over 100,000 people online, hosted hundreds of conferences and trainings across the country educating and guiding leaders to channel their resilience, implement trauma-informed approaches, and contribute to community resilience building. BYE has helped secure and manage over $9Million in funding for both small grassroot organizations and multi-billion dollar organizations.
We believe when we operate through a trauma-informed lens and prioritize wellness all other metrics of success will be positively impacted. We encourages leaders to SAY BYE TO THE TRADITIONAL WAY OF WORK and begin to prioritize individual well-being over productivity.
