I’m having trouble with this. Maybe I’m not doing it right. It’s as if there is a thick glass wall between me and the meditation. I cannot get myself β€œinto” the scene, but only observe it ... and, even so, I can’t make it look real, feel real, be solid, etc. I am not used to failing at being able to imagine something β€œreally,” but it’s certainly happening now. For instance, I can’t even manage to get the β€œinner child” seeing me face-to-face; she is NOT β€œplaying along” with all this, and she doesn’t like it, and she knows it isn’t true (which is a huge reason that she doesn’t like it).
