Nice update from Dr. Felitti. I would have to add that we can help more affected adults to recover by adding peer support into the mix of mental health support options. We also can't just leave the responsibility for ACEs on parents. Families exist in community, and we must address Social Determinants of Health across society to prevent ACEs.
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
