Bullies probably don’t have a secure attachment. The bullies that I grew up with definitely did not.
I think its great what these players are doing. I’m really glad that little boy is doing better. I couldn’t help but note the second gentleman say “I didn’t have anybody there when I was a kid.” He is basically saying that he did not have a secure attachment or a secure base from which to explore the world. So both the bully and the bullied child don’t have secure attachments. It seems like creating secure attachments for all kids would be a great way to end bullying .
