Hi Patty, Thank you for the compliment though I cannot take credit. This graphic was just a piece of a full infographic the National Council for Community Behavioral HealthcareΒ created. They did do a fabulous job. Link to the full infographic isΒ underneath the picture.
We're so happy to have you! Looking forward to your contributions. --Chris
I really love how you illustrated the branches on the tree, or the leaves on the stem, of trauma. It is not a simple matter, but is very complicated indeed. It affects not only the person or child traumatized but also all who relate with this child or adult. I have been steeped in trauma education and experience (quite a bit of first hand experience) but also I have met, taken workshops and personally spoken with the absolute top doctors and researchers on trauma in the world. I have also been a guest speaker at gatherings such as the Child Life Convention in Los Angeles on Tears and Fears in the Nursery. I look forward to learning from and contributing to your incredible organization!...Thanks Chris for the welcome...Patty
