Hi Al, Thanks for reaching out. Have you seen the Mobilizing Action for Resilient Communities MARC efforts? Here is a story from ACEs Connection about the efforts in the Boston MA community. Using "Collective Ingenuity" they developed Vital Village and they identified six core areas of focus - which are very cross-sector.  Here is a LINK to the work other MARC communities are doing.
