Hello everyone! I am excited to join this community. I am a writer/editor/researcher looking for a job opportunity/freelance work to work with ACEs organizations. I have previous experience writing for trauma-related topics, and I recently completed a course in children of trauma and resilience at Starr Commonwealth. I also have a B.A. in Psychology with a concentration in children and adolescence from San Francisco State University.
I enjoy educating people on health topics such as writing blog posts, website content, articles, op-eds, columns, e-newsletters, educational materials, books, catalogs, advertisements, video scripts, and more.
I also have a high ACEs score of 8 and can personally empathize with others who have experienced traumatic childhoods.
If anyone has any resources, job boards, or ideas, please let me know?
(I would love to see a job board specifically for professionals looking for employment in the ACEs community if it does not exist. I am also a former executive recruiter and could help with the implementation if someone thought it would be useful?)
