Does anybody know of a business assessment tool that can help businesses become trauma-informed throughout the entire organization? I am looking to help guide the businesses in Ketchikan on this journey.

The non-profit I work for is hosting a trauma-informed/ACEs/Resiliency summit about a week and a half from now. We are attempting to help the community of Ketchikan become trauma-informed. The big question we are getting on the planning team is what does a trauma-informed business look like (boots on the ground)? I have seen a few general assessment tools but am wondering if someone has something or knows of a framework to help Ketchikan's for profit businesses make the transition to a trauma-informed culture.

Such a great question....is anyone doing any work at the corporate level around trauma informed care in the workplace? I have read some of Sandra Blooms work and have wondered if anyone has taken on this with business's like Volvo, Citibank, Wal-Mart etc
