I'm new to many of the concepts here and resilience in connection with ACEs seems to be a bit cloudy to me. So I will begin by posting the basic dictionary meaning. I would really like to have a better understanding of this concept so I can explain to others. Also isn't there a sheet to fill out on resilience? BTW I do think we have a resilient brain they call it plasticity the quality of being easily shaped or molded.
• Biology the adaptability of an organism to changes in its environment or differences between its various habitats.
Although I understood the word plasticity it took we a while to really understand what it meant in connection with the brain.
