Contact tracing & trauma informed phone scripts/guidelines

I would be interested in this as well! We are doing a brief training video on the services offered by our County, but I'd love to be able to offer a trauma-informed lens/script to our Health Department partners.

Hi all, Not sure if this would meet your need but we did give some guidelines in the tip sheet on developing a script. 

I just completed a contact tracing course. The trauma -sensitive communication model that was taught is Marshall Rosenberg's Compassionate Communication Skills.

I have practiced this model in person, over the phone, via email, for years. 

It works for me. I hope this is helpful.
