All,
I am looking for trauma-informed active shooter training for a workplace. I recently started an EAP contract with a company and took pause at the video they presented as their training. It was outdated (i.e., presented flip phones and pagers) and not trauma informed. I have work to do to help the company become trauma informed and think updating their practice around active shooter training and helping them help new employees might be a good start.
Thanks in advance.
