I'm a Texas-based journalist working on a story about the prevalence of mental health issues in the workplace. I'm trying to find out how common that is and how often people use the Americans With Disabilities Act law to get accommodation (and if so, how effective was it?). I'm also trying to see if there is a hesitancy by employees to ask for accommodation because of stigma.
