Penn State To Penalize Workers Who Refuse Health Screenings

I wonder if the people who put together programs like this knew about ACEs, if they would change their system to stop traumatizing already traumatized people. 

Just when I think I've heard every (stupid) idea out there, another one comes along and makes me wonder about whose in charge!?  This is a really bad idea that's going to backfire big time.  You have to meet people where they are, and not punish them (and excuse me, these are adults, not robots).  Sad.

I wonder. Geez, you'd think Penn State would be learning everything under the sun about child abuse. Unbelievable.
