Hi there, I'm helping out at a Resilience screening this coming Monday and I really wish I had a handout with a list of resilience buffer activities specific to our town. I may still try to make this list but I thought of listing 10 of the resilience buffer activities like: exercise, nutrition, faith/prayer, connection with others, goal-setting, nature, contact with animals, volunteering and then link each group to activities that are pretty much free in our town with email/fb links so that people can look at the list and take a step, try something or at least explore toward finding community and activity that the resesatrch shows buffers from toxic stress. Has anyone made a handout like this and are you willing to share?
