Good morning,
I am wondering if anyone has done an ACEs presentation (or any presentation, actually) with a Spanish-speaking individual as the facilitator and used an interpreter for English-speaking families who attend. We had much greater participation from Spanish-speaking families at our Parent Nights this year (around ACEs and other events) and unfortunately we were only able to offer the training in English with the headsets for the interpreter to interpret to Spanish.
I think it would also be a great opportunity for the English-speaking families to experience a piece of what our Spanish-speaking families experience. We of course would also consider offering it in both languages separately but ideally we would have all families be able to participate together. Thanks!
