Good question, but I think the larger question should be "Are there any ACE-specific trainings targeted at the business world?" I say this because ACE awareness and subsequent actions are applicable in any workplace - be it tech or otherwise. At ChildWise Institute (Montana) we trained the local McDonald's franchises starting with the owners and senior management. This happened because of my colleague, Tina Eblen (who stepped in as Director when I retired), and the courageous, intuitive owner of the two McDonald's franchises, Summer Gauthier. I come from a business background (venture capital for tech businesses) prior to my work at ChildWise and Intermountain beginning in 2003. If you become familiar with the issues that the corporate world deal with and care about most (cost of healthcare, absenteeism, productivity, etc.) you can easily craft an ACE presentation addressing those issues, which creates a solid case for business management to WANT such a training, followed by tangible steps they can take to reduce costs, reduce absenteeism, and increase productivity.

We are hoping to introduce the ACE awareness here in Manaus, Brazil. there's a big industrial park here that will benefit...and the history in this region of the country is very harsh. thanks for the interaction!
