Greetings,
I am conducting a TI service delivery assessment with a homelessness agency (emergency and transitional housing) here in Canada. They currently use fingerprint biometrics as part of their security screening for clients. They are looking at moving to test facial and infrared biometrics as alternatives. I am wondering if anyone in the ACEs Connections community has any experience, thoughts, wisdom, research, best practices, etc. to share on the use of biometrics in trauma-informed care delivery.
Many thanks,
Kathleen Gorman
