My organization, which is a homeless youth shelter, is seeking a TI professional who can do an organizational assessment as well as conduct staff trainings that both help us work with those suffering from trauma as well as preserve our own well being. We are seeking someone who may either don this onsite or through zoom

There are also a variety of online or paper-based assessments available. Off the top of my head, ARTIC is one, but there is a fee for it.

Our organization (foster care, adoption, residential care, mental health) did this a couple years ago. We used https://alvaradoconsultinggroup.com/. We had such a positive experience and continue to work with Alvarado Consulting. They provided an assessment, training with our leadership and then an organization-wide training.
