I am working on forming a Trauma Informed Care Implementation Work Group and I would love to hear from others on their implementation work. Specifically, if there is a quick start guide or decision tree that has been created to help organizations/individuals with step-by-step implementation guidance.

I am interested in this as well. While our agency went through a mandatory extensive training on trauma-informed care, I don't see "across-the-board" implementation. I believe many are "stuck" trying to figure out what this looks like.

More specifically, one of the three big projects we are implementing as part of this is The Boston Basics: thebasics.org They likewise have implementation tools.
Wisconsin has created modules for trauma informed schools -- you re welcome to go to the Wisconsin DPI's web site https://dpi.wi.gov/sspw/mental-health/trauma. We have begun a decision making tool as to where to start that i'm not sure when it will be ready to go..

I would highly recommend Dr. Stephanie Covington's program Moving from Trauma-informed to Trauma-responsive. It is a great training and implementation program for organizations who want to do exactly what it seems you are looking to accomplish.
