Hey everyone,
Two years ago I started a mental health, mindset, and personal growth podcast for adult survivors of childhood trauma called Michael Unbroken; I share tools and guidance to overcoming trauma and becoming the hero of your own story. Recently I started inviting guests to come and share their stories, expertise, and knowledge. My goal is to bring on people who either truly understand mental health struggles from research or scientific perspectives, or people who are what we can call subject matter experts who have found a way to live despite trauma and can leave the audience something of value.
I truly want to make this show be the best it can be and stand out.
I have a few questions for you: Where do mental health podcasts miss the boat? What do you wish these shows would say or do that they don't? What kind of guests do you resonate with the most? What do you think would make a podcast stand out when dealing with trauma and mental health? What question am I not asking?
Thank you all so much. I really appreciate the support of this sub in my writing and the amazing community here.
If you would like to check out the show and leave me some feedback, it would mean the world. I am putting in a tremendous amount of effort to make this the best mental health podcast possible and appreciate your energy and thoughts! Thank you again I look forward to your thoughts!
